Ashley Leto received her B.A. in Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania and her M.A. in Psychology from Carlow University. In 2018, Ashley began her journey of self-awareness and mindfulness when she discovered an ad for a meditation app. After downloading the app and exploring its available practices, Ashley discovered her passion for incorporating mindfulness practice into her every day life. She not only enjoys her personal practice, but also enjoys sharing the art of mindfulness with others. In particular, she has grown a passion for wanting to teach athletes about the benefits that mindfulness can have on their performance and wellbeing, for she once lived the life of a Division II volleyball player and wishes she knew more about mindfulness during that time.
To date, Ashley aspires to apply to Ph.D. programs centered around sport and performance psychology so she can contribute to the research dedicated to understanding the application of mindfulness in athletics, while also obtain any necessary mindfulness / meditation training to ensure that she can plant the seed of mindfulness in the minds of athletes.
Ashley has many additional interests! When she is not training at her local Olympic weightlifting gym, she is reading, journaling, knitting, scrapbooking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

Audrey has been assisting children and adults in navigating life since 1997 when she received her MSW to become a child and family therapist. She has been appointed in various roles including teaching, spiritual mentoring, and helping to create a mind/body program for a cancer center. Currently Audrey is working one on one with individuals that know they want to live a more Soul guided life.
Audrey lives in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico. She adores Nature and spends time hiking and being outdoors. She loves to explore art galleries and any music that makes it impossible to not get up and dance!

From that first flow through Sun A Jennifer knew she wanted to share yoga with others. Ten years into her asana and meditation practice Jennifer got her 200hr certification. Not long after adding Reiki and Shakti Reiki Certifications. As of today she has taught over 10,000hrs of movement and meditation. She teaches both publicly and one-on-one sessions for mindful living using reiki, movement, meditation and breathwork. The tools of movement, meditation, breathwork and reiki have had a profound impact on Jennifer's life and the lives of many, may they also offer you a moment of peace and maybe even a return to your natural state of bliss.

I became an accidental mediator in 2013 while attending a workshop on the teachings of King Solomon. Since that time, I have meditated daily and have experienced miraculous transformation in not only my life but also in the relationships with those close to me. This gift is simply too good not to share.
I believe that meditation and living mindfully is one key element for optimal mental, emotional and physical health in our fast-paced high-stress world, and that everyone at every age will benefit from learning these skills. I am very passionate about sharing the magic and mystery of our awareness in an easy, accessible and non-intimidating format.
My dream is to present these practices in such a way that those receiving will incorporate them into their daily lives, and share their new practices with confidence to all around them, creating an unstoppable ripple effect of awareness, which will spread across our beautiful Mother Earth.

Rachel is a massage therapist, yoga student/teacher of 20 years, which has lead her to become a Somatic/Tantric Practitioner.
Her passion is to bring the feminine genius, which lives down and below in the body to life. It is here in the dark and sultry river, where Feminine Eros is set shamelessly free. It is here in the innermost chambers of our misunderstood Feminine nature that our appetite pulses, relentlessly and ruthlessly, nearly unperceived, in our modern life. She guides to reignite that spark using memories, feelings, archetypes & movement. Practitioners learn to listen and trust the body intuition and wisdom. Her work allows your true essence to flow in, so that it can flow out as medicine to bless everyone in your life.
Rachel teaches live, online programs and classes, as well as in person at her studio YES in Southampton Pennsylvania. She also does one on one coaching sessions and lectures to both men and women to understand the beautiful dance between opposites and how to keep living in love.

Hello! I'm Stephanie, a yoga and mindfulness teacher and on my journey to becoming a yoga therapist. I love supporting others with reducing stress and having meaningful relationships - including with themselves. I believe everyone can benefit from yoga and mindfulness practices and by partnering with schools and community organizations, I try to make it more accessible and available to people who may not otherwise experience it.
I have two precious children. My daughter usually joins me in teaching family yoga!! My son is too cool for that - but he was the one who encouraged me to become a yoga teacher!! When we aren't on the mat, we enjoy crafts, being active at church, reading, getting outside, or creating something yummy in the kitchen!!
